Discover Our LOVE Incarnate
Luke, 16, 17; 1 John 4:2
Synopsis: My dictionary defines the term “incarnate” as “given a bodily, esp. human, form”. But LOVE incarnate is anything but simple.
“God is love”, so when I say LOVE incarnate I have to be talking about Jesus of Nazareth (1 John 4:2). That is why the shepherds were so excited in their discovery. Jesus was the incarnation of the LOVE of God.
The LOVE of God is incarnated by believers whenever we act like Jesus. That is really what being a Christian is all about. When was the last time you experienced the LOVE of God incarnate? When was the last time you incarnated the LOVE of God?
The perfect Christmas was LOVE incarnate and they named him Jesus.
